Who manages the booking
Hola Taxi is the search and booking service. Hola Taxi manages booking, confirmation and customer support; the local transporter confirmed for the booking performs the journey.
Choose by passengers and luggage
Every available vehicle class states its passenger and luggage capacity. Select a larger class when the stated capacity does not fit the party or bags, and add child-seat or non-standard luggage requests before confirmation.

If arrival details change
Within 24 hours after the order is placed, a manager contacts you, oversees the transfer and monitors the driver and flight. Tell the manager about changed flight details. The published terms include 60 minutes of airport waiting from the transfer start; waiting beyond that is not guaranteed. Check any further arrangement with the manager.
