A sporting morning on All Saints’ Day
Corsa dei Santi brings together city running and a charitable purpose. Its eighteenth edition takes place on 1 November 2026, with competitive and non-competitive formats over the same 9.5 km distance. The name refers to All Saints’ Day, and the organisers use the occasion to draw attention to humanitarian projects and the values of sport.

It offers a different rhythm for experiencing familiar Roman places. For a registered runner, the main event is their own progress through the city; for a companion, it is a chance to support them and share the atmosphere of the start. This trip will particularly appeal to people who like combining a sporting occasion with time exploring a city.
What lies along the course
The final regulations place the start on Piazza Pio XII, in front of St Peter’s Square. The course follows Via della Conciliazione and crosses the Tiber. Its street list includes the area of the Theatre of Marcellus, the Colosseum, Via dei Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia and Piazza del Popolo. It finishes on Piazza Pia: a changing city landscape rather than laps of a stadium.
Our suggestion for supporters is to choose one convenient viewing spot and separately agree where to meet after the finish. Trying to reach every landmark along the route may distract from the race itself. Photographs of earlier editions convey the atmosphere; use the organiser’s current instructions for the route and access arrangements.

Taking part and planning the journey
The race date is 1 November 2026. The published registration deadline was 20 October, which has already passed as of our check on 21 October. Anyone not yet registered should ask the organiser directly about participation. Registered runners should follow the final regulations and the start information they receive.
Plan the journey from your Rome hotel to the start area, and the return with the finish on Piazza Pia in mind. Agree a suitable arrival point after checking race-day traffic restrictions. Through Hola Taxi’s contacts, you can discuss the date, pickup address, number of passengers and onward plans. Treat arrival at Fiumicino (FCO) or Ciampino (CIA) and the airport-to-hotel journey as separate parts of the trip.
