Hola Taxi Partner Terms

These terms govern participation by verifiable B2B travel sellers in the partner programme and use of the Hola Taxi agency cabinet.
By applying, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the stated business. Partner access is granted only after email verification, manual review, and secure activation.
1. Programme operator
The programme is provided by INSIGNIA STAR TOURISM L.L.C, registered in UAE under number 1203420, at BC AL MUTEENA PROJECT 2, Office - S 3-09, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. That company is referred to as Hola Taxi in these terms.
2. Eligibility
Lawfully operating travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and independent travel agents that are permitted to sell or arrange travel may apply. Hola Taxi checks the submitted details against public sources and may request additional information or evidence that the applicant is authorized to act for the business.
3. Review and account
The target for an initial decision is 3 business days after email verification, but this is not guaranteed. Access is never automatic. Partners must keep credentials confidential, maintain accurate account details, and must not transfer the account to another person.
4. Client bookings
Partners may book only routes available in the live search and must provide accurate trip and passenger information. The partner confirms it may provide traveller data and has informed the client about applicable booking, cancellation, and privacy conditions.
5. Prices and order payment
The price confirmed by the system when the order is created applies. The current cabinet does not hide the order price in client materials and does not provide partner markup or separate net rates. Any separate arrangement with a client does not change the amount due to Hola Taxi. The order is paid using the method selected and confirmed in that order.
6. Agency commission
The standard rate is 10% unless an individual rate is confirmed in writing or displayed in the account. Commission is calculated from the final order total recorded at booking, including selected extras, after applicable system currency conversion, and is rounded by the system to a whole currency unit.
7. Eligibility and adjustments
Commission becomes available after the order reaches Completed status and one calendar day has passed. Cancelled orders are excluded. A full or partial refund is money returned to the client by Hola Taxi; a chargeback is a separate card-payment dispute through the client’s bank or payment provider. Commission may be reversed or adjusted after a refund, chargeback, no-show, dispute, error, duplicate, or fraud.
8. Payouts
The monthly statement date is the 15th. On that date, an available balance of at least the equivalent of EUR 100 enters reconciliation; smaller balances carry forward. Payout is processed manually within 15 business days after reconciliation and receipt of required payout details, KYC, tax documents, or invoice. EUR is the standard currency; receiving-bank and conversion fees are borne by the partner unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Personal data
Partners may use traveller data only for lawful booking and support, must provide only necessary information, and must protect it against unauthorized access. Application data is handled under the separate partner programme privacy notice.
10. Acceptable use
Fake bookings, attempts to bypass prices or restrictions, misleading promises to clients, unlawful messaging, attempts to obtain another person’s data or access, and any use that violates law or the rights of passengers, transport providers, or Hola Taxi are prohibited.
11. Suspension and termination
A partner may leave the programme by contacting support. Hola Taxi may restrict or close access after a terms breach, security threat, fraud, repeated non-payment, or legal risk. Confirmed obligations for already completed orders survive, subject to permitted adjustments.
12. Availability and liability
Routes, vehicles, and prices depend on current coverage. Hola Taxi is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, or a partner promise that was not confirmed by the system. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law; force majeure is assessed on the actual circumstances.
13. Changes to these terms
The version accepted with an application or later confirmation is recorded by the system. Material changes apply prospectively after notice and, where required, renewed acceptance. An individual rate is not changed retroactively for existing orders.
14. Law and disputes
The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply, subject to mandatory rules in the partner’s country. The parties first attempt written resolution; unresolved disputes go to the competent courts where Hola Taxi is registered unless mandatory law requires another forum.
