A clear approved rate

The standard rate is 10% of the final order total recorded by the system at booking, including selected extras. If that total is EUR 100, the commission is EUR 10.

Commission becomes available after the order is Completed and one calendar day has passed. Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and disputed transactions may exclude or adjust commission.

Who can apply

The program is designed for travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, independent travel agents, and other verifiable B2B travel sellers. Applications are not limited to a fixed list of destinations.

Partners can book routes that are available in Hola Taxi search and have a current public price. Check the route before confirming the trip to a client.

Who can apply?

A verifiable B2B travel seller can apply. Hola Taxi reviews each application before access is activated.

How is an agency reviewed?

We check the agency details against public sources and may request more information by business email or phone. We normally aim to decide within 3 business days after email verification.

How is commission calculated?

The standard 10% rate applies to the final order total recorded at booking, including selected extras. Any approved individual rate is shown in the agency account.

When does commission become available?

The order must reach Completed status and one calendar day must then pass. Until that time, commission is shown as expected.

How do a refund and a chargeback differ, and how do they affect commission?

A refund is issued by Hola Taxi when money is returned to the client in full or in part. A chargeback is a separate card-payment dispute raised through the client’s bank or payment provider. In either case, the related commission may be excluded or adjusted.

When and how is commission paid?

The monthly statement date is the 15th. An available balance of at least EUR 100 is reconciled and then processed within 15 business days after the required payout and tax documents are received; smaller balances carry forward.

Which routes are available?

Available routes are the routes returned by the live Hola Taxi transfer search with a current public price.

Which currency is used?

The booking price and commission are recorded in the order currency. EUR is the standard payout currency; another supported currency may be agreed with support before payout.

When do I provide tax and payout details?

Not in the public application. Approved partners provide the required details through the protected account or a verified support process.

How do I contact support?

What if I already have a Hola Taxi account?

Apply with the same business email. After approval, sign in to that account and explicitly confirm partner access; your password and existing roles are not replaced.
