An evening among light installations in Poblenou, an opera at the Liceu and a day beside the clay courts of the Barcelona Open offer different reasons to visit the city. A business trip might centre on MWC or another trade fair, with a concert for a free evening. Choose your event and date first, then discuss journeys between your hotel, airport and venue.
From your hotel to the event
For a journey from your hotel or apartment, give Hola Taxi your pickup address, date and number of passengers. If you are travelling with colleagues or friends, discuss your plans together in advance. The contact link is for an enquiry; journey arrangements are agreed separately.
Where your event takes place
Fira Barcelona has two separate venues: Montjuïc in Barcelona and Gran Via in neighbouring L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. Palau Sant Jordi is on Montjuïc, the Liceu is on La Rambla, and Llum BCN takes place in Poblenou and around DHub. Name your specific venue when enquiring about a transfer; a city festival may use several locations.
If you are flying to Barcelona
Check the airport code on your ticket: BCN is Barcelona–El Prat, GRO is Girona–Costa Brava and REU is Reus. These are separate airports. Below are transfer pages from each airport to Barcelona. You can discuss the airport-to-hotel journey and the later trip to your event separately; if you want to go straight to the venue, name it in your enquiry.
Barcelona–El Prat (BCN) → Barcelona · Girona–Costa Brava (GRO) → Barcelona · Reus (REU) → Barcelona
Getting back after the event
Discuss the return journey separately: you might stay for dinner after an exhibition or head to your hotel after an evening performance. Running events may start and finish in different places. For a festival or tournament, plan around your own screening, match or concert.
