AEEDC Dubai combines a dental exhibition with scientific conferences. It is a reason to visit Dubai for clinicians seeking professional development, as well as clinic representatives and suppliers arranging business meetings. The main event dates are 19–21 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
Your aims might include exploring dental industry products, choosing scientific sessions in your specialism or meeting partners. Build your programme around your own work: a dentist, a clinic manager and a distributor will find different parts of the same event relevant.

General and specialist scientific programmes
The 2027 website lists the main AEEDC Dubai Conference, a separate World Orthodontic Conference and an oral and maxillofacial surgery conference. The main and surgical programmes run on 19–21 January, while the orthodontic conference takes place on 19–20 January.
There are also specialist courses, poster presentations and a student competition. These offer different ways to participate: focus on lectures, choose an in-depth course or explore research work. Check the detailed programme and access requirements for the area you need before registering.
The exhibition and Dental Business Hub
Exhibits include dental units, imaging systems, surgical instruments and restorative materials. The organiser highlights CAD/CAM, milling machines and 3D printers among laboratory technologies, and intraoral scanners and treatment-planning software among digital products. Include the exhibition if you want to find suppliers and partners, explore products or discuss your clinic's needs. Start with the questions you want to resolve: what needs updating, whom you want to work with, and which offers to compare after returning home.
For business networking, the organiser offers Dental Business Hub, a format of pre-arranged meetings between executives, buyers and suppliers. If business development is your priority, examine its requirements separately. The programme name does not mean participation is automatically included with every registration.

How many days should you allow?
The three main days allow you to combine scientific and exhibition interests, but related events may have different dates. Dubai World Dental Meeting, for example, is announced for 16–18 January, before the main AEEDC event. Account for this when choosing flights and accommodation if it is relevant to your work.
The organiser's FAQ says attendees should register online before arriving; admission uses a digital badge in the AEEDC Dubai app. Taking care of this beforehand leaves your time in Dubai for sessions and meetings.
Combining work with time in the city
If your clinic or company is travelling as a team, you can discuss hotel-to-DWTC trips and return journeys with Hola Taxi in advance. Include your attendance dates, passenger numbers and hotel; add an arrival transfer if needed.
For Dubai International Airport, see the DXB transfers section. Once work is finished, you could leave a day to explore Dubai, visiting an observation deck, walking by the water or discovering historic neighbourhoods.
