IAAPA Expo Middle East explores the industry that creates visitor experiences: parks, attractions and other places for family leisure. It is a professional exhibition where venue operators meet suppliers and discover ideas for their businesses. It suits people who look at entertainment as a project, a space and the daily work of a team.

The first IAAPA Expo Middle East takes place at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi in April 2027. There are two schedules: education runs 12–15 April, while the show floor opens 13–15 April. If exhibition stands are your main priority, plan to visit them from 13 April onwards.
Who might be interested
The organiser’s professional audience extends beyond theme parks to family entertainment centres, museums, zoos, aquariums and heritage attractions. This makes the exhibition relevant to different teams that care about the overall guest experience as well as individual attractions.
Use the exhibition to explore industry solutions and suppliers, and the education programme to investigate professional questions. Before travelling, choose your focus: developing an existing venue, starting a project or improving a particular visitor experience. This helps you distinguish an interesting idea from a solution suited to your own circumstances.
Preparing your visit
Study the current education programme, exhibitors and registration options. Education and the exhibition have different dates, so check which formats your chosen participation option includes.
If travelling as a team, divide responsibilities and leave time to compare discoveries. Ask exhibitors how their solutions could work in your project and look beyond the demonstration itself. If a solution interests you, discuss installation requirements and next steps with the supplier.
You can combine both programmes in one trip: devote 12 April to education, then visit stands and selected sessions on 13–15 April. Check the schedule and the scope of registration before travelling.

Travelling to ADNEC
With Hola Taxi, you can discuss a journey from an Abu Dhabi hotel or a separate visit from Dubai and back on your chosen day. Include the starting address, passenger count and the part of the programme you need. If arriving at DXB first, describe the hotel stop and later journey to the exhibition separately.
