Mariah Carey's Christmastime is a concert for anyone who wants to bring festive music into December. The singer is due at Etihad Arena on Yas Island on 12 December 2026. The organiser announces Christmas songs, well-known hits and a stage production designed for the atmosphere of a large festive evening.
All I Want for Christmas Is You is named in the announcement. The programme extends beyond that song: the official description also mentions other popular Mariah Carey tracks.
Adding the concert to your holiday
This evening could suit you if you enjoy combining travel with live music and want an event with a clear festive mood. It is a standalone indoor performance by the singer. If travelling with friends or family, talk beforehand about whether everyone enjoys the Christmas repertoire and a large concert venue.
Rather than packing the day with activities, you could choose one daytime visit and leave the evening for the concert. With a child, consider their usual bedtime and how comfortable they feel in a large auditorium. Check the age and ticket conditions on this event's own page.
What to check before travelling
The performance date is 12 December 2026, at Etihad Arena, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Consult the official announcement and your ticket for the start time, seating category and current visitor information.
For a trip from Dubai, decide how you will return after the show. If staying on Yas Island or elsewhere in Abu Dhabi, it still helps to discuss the evening with everyone travelling and choose your departure point in advance.
Write to Hola Taxi with your departure point for the Mariah Carey concert and the number of people travelling. You can discuss a journey from an Abu Dhabi hotel or Dubai, along with the return after the performance. If your holiday begins with a flight, also describe your plans for an airport pickup and the journey to your hotel.
