ISE 2027 in Barcelona: audiovisual technology and integration

Integrated Systems Europe, or ISE, is a professional exhibition for audiovisual technology and systems integration. That includes much of what you encounter in a concert hall, office, hotel, shop or classroom: sound, lighting, displays, collaboration tools and the control of connected systems.

The trip can interest integrators, designers, technical specialists and organisations choosing equipment for their spaces. ISE’s appeal lies in seeing how individual devices become a working environment. A designer may focus on the visitor experience, an engineer on compatibility and control, and a client on whether a solution answers a specific need.

What you can explore

The exhibition’s subjects include professional audio, lighting and staging, broadcasting, digital signage, smart buildings and spaces. Another area concerns communication, collaboration and educational technology. It is easier to navigate that breadth through your own project, whether a meeting room, performance venue, hotel or another setting.

You can discover products and demonstrations, talk to specialists and compare suppliers’ approaches. This is particularly useful for solutions that are difficult to assess from a specification alone: how an image looks, how a user works with a system or how clear its controls feel. For a first visit, choose several relevant areas and allow time for adjacent fields.

A product being exhibited does not mean it suits your project. Prepare questions about applications, integration and limitations, then record anything that needs separate technical investigation.

Dates and venue

ISE 2027 is scheduled for 2–5 February at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, Av. Joan Carles I, 64, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. Keep the exact venue name in your plans: Fira Montjuïc is elsewhere.

Check current registration, programme and access arrangements with ISE. Check the participants, demonstrations and conference programme for your chosen day before visiting.

A transfer to the exhibition

You can contact Hola Taxi about travelling from your hotel or another address. Give your date, pickup address and Gran Via as the venue. If you are flying in, identify Barcelona–El Prat, BCN, and describe your onward plans separately. Discuss the return journey around your own programme.
