Check registration and your participation category on the official website. Use the exact name Gran Via in your itinerary: Fira Montjuïc is another venue and not an interchangeable destination.
Transport for your business visit
To discuss a transfer with Hola Taxi, give the date, exhibition and pickup address, such as your hotel. Arrival at Barcelona–El Prat, BCN, and travelling from a hotel to Gran Via are different parts of the trip. Plan the return separately once your meeting programme is clear.
